Hi, Hello

Hi, I'm Katie Manning 👋🏼 I'm a product strategist with a passion for human-centered design, conducting deep user research, and creating clear, actionable strategies that address real customer pain points. I hold a BFA from SCAD and am currently pursuing an MBA at HULT, focusing on innovation. With over 5 years of experience in product design and strategy, and as a certified Scrum Master, I’m committed to driving meaningful product innovation and delivering solutions that make a tangible impact.

Outside of my 9-5, I founded Beyond Believed, a wellness tech platform supporting survivors of sexual assault. Driven by my curiosity and passion for solving real, pressing problems, I launched Beyond Believed in 2020 with the guidance of leading experts to ensure it’s accessible and effective, and with the support of donors who helped bring it to life. My work with Beyond Believed has been recognized with two Anthem Awards for product innovation and leadership, and I was honored to be named one of Seattle Inno's Innovators Under 25 in 2021.

I thrive on combining research and strategic thinking to develop innovative products that don’t just meet immediate needs but also unlock long-term growth opportunities. My approach is rooted in understanding the full customer journey, identifying key insights, and aligning them with business goals to create forward-thinking, scalable solutions.

“I thrive on combining research and strategic thinking to develop innovative products that don’t just meet immediate needs but also unlock long-term growth opportunities.”
