I’m happiest when we’re trying to untangle messy, human problems—things like trust, safety, or helping people make hard decisions. I like sitting at the intersection of product, research, and strategy, asking “why are we doing this?” and “who does this really help?” before we lock into a solution.
What I am good at
I’m good at turning a pile of inputs—research, stakeholder opinions, constraints—into a clear story and a small set of real options. That can look like framing the problem, shaping a product bet, or translating research into decisions people can actually act on. I care a lot about words, structure, and making complex things feel grounded and usable.
Working with me
I’m curious and pretty direct, but I aim that at the work, not at people. I ask a lot of questions, including the slightly awkward ones, and I’ll name when something feels off. I also like getting everyone in the room on the same page, so we’re honest about trade‑offs and end up with bets and roadmaps we can stand behind—even when the pressure is just to move fast and ship.
